Although Niko Kovac is wary of underestimating Sabah FK, the Borussia Dortmund coach has made it clear that his side are the favourites and must win when they face the Azerbaijani outfit in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Borussia Dortmund head coach Niko Kovac has stated that his team are clear favorites and must secure a victory when they visit Azerbaijani side Sabah FK in the Champions League on Tuesday. Dortmund enter the fixture aiming to snap a three-match winless streak, having also failed to score in their last two outings. Kovac emphasized the necessity of playing faster, being precise in the final third, and generating more shots to force goals.
Dortmund's coaching staff plans to assess squad fitness following a five-hour flight, with Kovac hinting at squad rotation to inject fresh legs. Meanwhile, Sabah FK enters the match after securing their first-ever Champions League win by beating Slavia Prague 2-0. Dortmund will be without injured trio Konstantinos Karetsas, Emre Can, and Giannis Konstantelias.
