Will Lankshear's Middlesbrough form has seen him pick up the EFL Young Player of the Month award

Middlesbrough striker Will Lankshear credited the club's tactical demands, management, and belief in him after winning an award for his outstanding form. The 21-year-old forward has enjoyed a prolific start following his initial £8 million summer move from Tottenham Hotspur, scoring nine goals across all competitions this season, including seven goals in nine Championship appearances.
Lankshear recently scored the decisive winning goal against Wolves to move Boro into second place in the Championship. His strong domestic performances also earned him an England Under-21 recall, where he scored on his debut against Kazakhstan, prompting former Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson to praise his move and draw comparisons to Harry Kane.
