What a night for the Fratton favourite, as he played an unlikely role for Northern Ireland on a win to remember for Michael O’Neill’s men.

Portsmouth player Terry Devlin earned major praise after starring in Northern Ireland's 3-0 Nations League victory against Ukraine in Slovakia. Earning his seventh international cap, Devlin excelled while operating out of position at left wing-back for Michael O'Neill's side. Two goals from Ciaran Brown and a strike from Isaac Price secured the win, keeping Northern Ireland unbeaten and atop their Nations League B2 group.
Manager Michael O'Neill lauded Devlin's performance on his non-natural side as the young squad maintained their fourth clean sheet across five matches. Elsewhere on international duty, Devlin's Portsmouth teammate Adrian Segecic played the full 90 minutes in Croatia Under-21s' 1-0 defeat to Ukraine.
