West Ham head coach Nuno Espirito Santo was feeling the heat after West Brom's stylish 3-1 win at the London Stadium left the Sky Bet Championship promotion favourites six points off the pace in eighth place.

West Bromwich Albion secured a 3-1 victory against West Ham United at London Stadium, condemning the Hammers to consecutive home defeats. Felix Horn Myhre opened the scoring for West Brom in the 20th minute, before Jarrod Bowen equalized for the hosts via a deflection. The Baggies regained control in the second half with goals from Jimmy-Jay Morgan and Callum Styles, lifting the visitors into the Championship's top four.
The result leaves Nuno Espirito Santo's side in eighth place, six points off the automatic promotion pace after conceding six goals across their last two home games. West Ham's defeat was compounded by Kyle Walker-Peters sustaining a thigh injury in the second half, while West Brom manager James Morrison praised his side's complete performance.
