There is relief around West Ham after fears over the club’s newest big star Arne Engels were addressed by training footage. Belgian midfielder Arne Engels…

West Ham United midfielder Arne Engels has returned to first-team training ahead of Friday's Championship clash against Queens Park Rangers. Concerns had mounted after the Belgian missed a recent behind-closed-doors friendly against Wycombe Wanderers and was omitted from early training footage following minor knock concerns mentioned by manager Nuno Espirito Santo.
Engels, who joined West Ham from Celtic for a Championship-record £22m fee in the summer, was featured prominently in official club training imagery published Thursday night. His return provides a boost for the Hammers as they sit second in the Championship and prepare for a stretch of seven games in four weeks.
