JENNY SUGARMAN was pleased with the attack and defence as another triumph stretched Wrexham’s advantage at the top of the Adran Premier.
Wrexham head coach Jenny Sugarman praised both her team's attacking play and defensive solidity following a 4-0 home victory against Briton Ferry Llansawel. The victory marked Wrexham's fourth consecutive league win, extending their lead at the top of the Adran Premier to two points after title rivals The New Saints drew 1-1 with Barry.
Faye Knox opened the scoring in the 11th minute before adding her second shortly after Lili Jones scored from distance early in the second half. Maria Francis-Jones completed the scoring in the final minute, while Sugarman specifically highlighted the defensive performance of Jodie Bartle and the relentless running of Natasha Thomas.
