“I will always have Wednesday in my heart”

Former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Dennis Adeniran has signed with National League South club Slough Town. The 27-year-old made his debut for the non-league side coming off the bench in a 1-1 draw against Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday night. Slough Town interim joint manager Ryan Case praised the signing, highlighting that Adeniran provides vital senior experience in the middle of the pitch for the struggling team.
Adeniran previously won promotion from League One with Sheffield Wednesday in 2023, scoring seven goals in 51 appearances across two seasons. After leaving Wednesday, the midfielder played for Portimonense, Hapoel Petah Tikva, St Mirren, and Barnet before completing his move to Slough Town.
