Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga featured for 15 minutes as a second-half substitute in France's 1-1 draw against Italy at Stade de France. Camavinga replaced Rayan Cherki in the 75th minute after Michael Olise scored for France and Alessandro Bastoni equalized for Italy following a mistake by Lucas Da Cunha.
Shortly after Camavinga entered, France defender Dayot Upamecano received a second yellow card and was sent off. Despite France being reduced to ten men and Camavinga dropping deeper defensively, the midfielder forced two notable saves from Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma. France next faces Belgium on Monday night.
