Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta could make two attacking changes against Everton following Bukayo Saka's confirmed quadriceps injury, writes Ed Davison. Saka sustained the injury during Arsenal's 2-2 Champions League draw against Bayern Munich, with BBC Sport reporting he could be sidelined for six to eight weeks. Davison argues that Eberechi Eze is poised to start on the left wing, with Noni Madueke shifting across to cover for Saka on the right wing.
Davison also suggests that striker Viktor Gyokeres should make his first league start of the campaign ahead of Kai Havertz against David Moyes' Everton side. The writer argues that Gyokeres offers a better physical presence and poacher's instinct to break down Everton's expected defensive block at Emirates Stadium, noting the Swedish forward scored in both fixtures against the Toffees last season.
