Dan Burn has admitted Newcastle United’s performance in last night’s 1-0 defeat to Everton was nowhere near good enough and well below the levels fans have a right to demand.

Newcastle United defender Dan Burn expressed deep frustration following the team's 1-0 Premier League defeat against Everton at St James' Park. Speaking to reporter Andy Sixsmith, Burn stated that the display was not representative of Newcastle and admitted he understood why home supporters booed the team after the final whistle.
Burn highlighted that Newcastle managed only two shots on target and showed a significant lack of confidence and decisiveness in both boxes. The defeat followed a recent Carabao Cup exit against Everton, leaving the club sitting in mid-table ahead of an upcoming trip to Fulham.
