Kevin Nolan admits he had big concerns over Newcastle United before the season got under way…

Former Newcastle United midfielder Kevin Nolan believes the club can get back on track if they add reinforcements during the January transfer window. Speaking on the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast, Nolan noted that despite an unstable summer, a couple of mid-season signings could help manager Matthias Jaissle stabilize the squad and push forward.
Nolan and former coach Derek Fazackerley both expressed that a mid-table finish would be a respectable outcome following major summer changes. Those departures included Anthony Gordon, Sandro Tonali, and Bruno Guimaraes, alongside head coach Eddie Howe.
