Premier League clubs may have to wait until the summer to get their chance to sign Igor Matanovic, with Freiburg under no pressure to sell

SC Freiburg are not planning to entertain offers for striker Igor Matanovic ahead of the January transfer window, according to Football Insider. The Bundesliga club faces no financial pressure to sanction a mid-season permanent transfer, meaning interested Premier League suitors will likely have to wait until next summer.
Manchester United and Arsenal are reportedly monitoring the 23-year-old Croatian international, who has scored six goals in seven games this season. Freiburg currently value the forward at around £50 million or more following his strong performances since joining from Eintracht Frankfurt.
