Former Celtic player Peter Grant has backed a supporter's suggestion that Celtic should consider signing Dundee midfielder Ethan Hamilton. Speaking on Go Radio, Grant praised the 28-year-old's strength and consistent displays in high-profile fixtures. Hamilton recently impressed as captain in Dundee's 2-2 draw with Rangers at Dens Park, earning the Man of the Match award.
While Celtic have not officially been linked with a move, Hamilton is under a permanent contract at Dundee until May 2028 after joining from Lincoln City in August 2025. The former Manchester United youth player previously scored against Celtic during a Scottish Cup tie in February and was voted Dundee's Player of the Year.
