The Story in 60 Seconds

Rangers leadership agreed that signing goalkeeper Ivor Pandur was a necessity to improve build-up play and authority on crosses over previous starter Jack Butland. The Scottish club completed a permanent deal worth £6 million to sign the 26-year-old Croatian international from Hull City on a four-year contract.

Pandur had been a long-term target scouted by Rangers in the Netherlands and at Hull before his summer move. Following Butland's separate £3 million departure to Hull, Pandur has helped Derek McInnes' side secure six consecutive clean sheets, including two victories against rival Celtic.
