The Story in 60 Seconds

Venezia have dismissed head coach Giovanni Stroppa following six consecutive league defeats, the Serie A club announced on Tuesday morning. The decision arrived hours after a 3-1 away loss to Atalanta. Venezia have lost all six of their opening Serie A matches this season, conceding 16 goals while scoring five.
