Captain and coach back star recruit to bounce back when he returns from concussion

South Australia captain Ben Manenti and coach Ryan Harris have backed Jake Weatherald to rebound after a difficult Sheffield Shield opener. Despite Weatherald suffering a duck and delayed concussion, South Australia secured an innings and 40-run victory over Victoria at Junction Oval.
Weatherald suffered the concussion after sliding into the boundary fence on day one and was substituted on day two. Maiden first-class centuries from Manenti and debutant Noah McFadyen propelled South Australia to 508 runs, overcoming Victoria's totals of 244 and 224.
