Christian Horner has revealed the unintended fallout from his comments about Ferrari after sparking a storm of speculation over the future of team principal Fred Vasseur.

Former Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has clarified the fallout caused by past comments about Ferrari, which sparked widespread rumors that he could replace current team boss Fred Vasseur. Horner explained that an interview promoting his memoir was published roughly a month after it was recorded, accidentally coinciding with growing internal pressure surrounding Vasseur.
Horner denied ever stating that Ferrari was his personal dream destination, clarifying he meant anyone working there would see it as a privilege. He expressed sympathy for Vasseur, noting he never intended to add scrutiny during a tense period for the Italian team.
