Porsche Penske Motorsport secured its first overall win of the season at Petit Le Mans on Saturday. The No. 6 Porsche 963, driven by Laurens Vanthoor, Kévin Estre, and Matt Campbell, won the chaotic 10-hour IMSA season finale at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. Vanthoor held off the No. 24 BMW M Hybrid V8 by just 1.205 seconds following a late restart.
The race featured 16 full-course cautions, heavy rain, and a red flag. The victory completed an endurance sweep of Daytona, Sebring, and Road Atlanta for Porsche in 2026, while securing the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup titles. The No. 40 Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac rounded out the GTP podium in third place.
