Former Red Bull team principal Christian Horner stated in an interview with talkSPORT that a move to Ferrari remains unlikely. Horner explained that his main priority for an F1 return is acquiring equity in a team, which would not be an option with the Italian outfit. The 52-year-old has been out of the paddock since leaving Red Bull following the 2025 British Grand Prix.
Horner noted that he has raised substantial capital over the past year to invest in an outfit rather than just serving as a manager. Addressing other paddock developments, he also praised four-time champion Max Verstappen and commented on race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase's upcoming departure to McLaren.
