He didn't like what he saw in Singapore.

Former Formula 1 driver Jolyon Palmer criticized Ferrari teammates Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, claiming their inter-team rivalry has become detrimental to the team's overall results. Speaking to the F1 website following the Singapore Grand Prix, Palmer highlighted several controversial on-track moments throughout the 2026 season where their desire to beat one another cost Ferrari valuable points in the championship.
In Singapore, Hamilton ignored a team request to pit under the Virtual Safety Car and ultimately finished sixth, while Leclerc secured second behind Max Verstappen. Palmer also cited previous clashes at Zandvoort and Monza as evidence of damaging rivalry. Despite the dropped points, Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur has consistently resisted implementing team orders.
