Kevin Kisner slammed Rory McIlroy's official reason for playing in India as a "dog s*** comment" while claiming he's only teeing it up in Delhi for a large appearance fee

Kevin Kisner criticized Rory McIlroy during an appearance on the Fore Play podcast, claiming McIlroy is competing at the DP World India Championship purely for financial gain. Kisner dismissed McIlroy's stated goal of globally expanding golf, alleging that a substantial appearance fee of around $10 million was the true motivation for teeing it up in New Delhi.
Kisner also questioned whether McIlroy would genuinely enjoy Delhi Golf Club, noting the course layout prevented him from using his driver. The tournament features a prominent field including Patrick Reed, Justin Rose, Tommy Fleetwood, and Shane Lowry, but Kisner suggested that multiple top competitors were only participating due to financial incentives.
