Lifelong amateur golfer Trip Kuehne reflected on his family's historic achievements in amateur golf during an appearance on GOLF's Subpar Podcast with co-hosts Colt Knost and Drew Stoltz. Together, siblings Kelli, Trip, and Hank Kuehne secured six USGA national titles, driven by their parents, Pam and Ernie.
Trip highlighted sister Kelli's extraordinary run of consecutive major amateur victories, which included the U.S. Girls' Junior, back-to-back U.S. Women's Amateurs, and the British Ladies Amateur. He credited their mutual success and competitive drive to their father teaching them how to win, alongside Hank's 1998 U.S. Amateur win and his own 2007 U.S. Mid-Amateur title.
