Matt Fitzpatrick secured his fourth victory of the 2026 season by claiming a three-shot win at the FedEx Open de France at Le Golf National. The English golfer achieved the victory after returning to his previous driver setup, featuring a Titleist GT3 nine-degree driver paired with a Mitsubishi Tensei AV Raw Orange 65 TX shaft.
Fitzpatrick previously used the Titleist configuration to win the Valspar Championship, RBC Heritage, and Zurich Classic earlier in the season before the clubhead cracked in May. After temporarily switching to a PING G430 LST driver through the summer, he re-adopted the Titleist setup ahead of his triumph in France.
