The USGA's Pathways Launch internship program is designed to widen the pipeline of golf's next-generation workforce — and it's working.

University of Georgia senior Anna La is building a career in golf after completing a social-media internship with Callaway. The opportunity was created through Pathways Launch, a USGA-backed program offering 24 summer internships across 10 golf organizations to students from underrepresented backgrounds.
La, who immigrated to the United States from Vietnam at age five, is pursuing a master's in Emerging Media. She now serves as a USGA College Ambassador and received the Golf Writers Association of America scholarship for 2026-27.
