The Story in 60 Seconds

Direct-to-consumer golf brand Takomo has officially entered the putter market with the launch of its Lumo B1 blade and Lumo M1 mallet. Both models utilize a unique single-bend shaft designed to create a center-of-gravity-balanced, low-torque setup. The low-torque technology was acquired from Finnish company Otso Golf, which Takomo purchased in 2025 alongside hiring its CEO, Miikka Farin.

Milled from 303 stainless steel with mid-depth grooves, both putters are offered in satin steel for $219 and DLC black for $239. Available to order starting October 6, the putters come in 33-, 34-, and 35-inch lengths with 3 degrees of loft and a 70-degree lie angle.
