Lane Thomas will return to the Atlanta Braves starting lineup for Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday night. Thomas was named to the NLDS roster but remained on the bench during the series opener, which Atlanta lost 5-3.
The Braves are altering their lineup to face Dodgers left-handed starting pitcher Blake Snell. Atlanta manager Walt Weiss also announced that Ray Kerr, rather than ace Chris Sale, will take the mound as the starting pitcher for Game 2.
