Andy Pages has been one of the Los Angeles Dodgers best players in 2026 as he continues to improve in nearly all parts of his game, but there’s still one area he can’t seem to figure out: ABS challenge strategy.…

Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts has barred outfielder Andy Pages from using the Automated Ball-Strike challenge system for the rest of the season. The decision came following Game 1 of the National League Division Series, where Pages unsuccessfully challenged a clear strike on a 2-2 count with two outs in the second inning.
Pages struggled with pitch challenges throughout the regular season, winning just 11 of 25 attempts for a 44 percent success rate. Roberts noted that after giving the 25-year-old chances to improve his understanding of leverage and the strike zone, the team decided to restrict his challenge privileges going forward.
