Torey Lovullo, the winningest manager in Diamondbacks history, will return for an 11th season with the franchise in 2027, a source told ESPN.

The Arizona Diamondbacks announced Thursday that they are retaining manager Torey Lovullo on a two-year contract. The 61-year-old is the winningest manager in franchise history, holding a 750-768 record over a full decade in charge. His previous contract expired at the conclusion of the regular season, leaving his future temporarily uncertain.
Arizona missed the postseason for a third consecutive year despite finishing with an 86-76 record, the best in MLB among non-playoff teams. Lovullo guided Arizona to a World Series appearance in 2023 and currently ranks as the third-longest-tenured active manager in Major League Baseball.
