UFC Halloween results: Sooo … About last night | Moicano vs. Nolan

MMA Mania's Dan Hiergesell reviewed UFC Vegas 123, which took place on October 31, 2026, at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was headlined by lightweight Tom Nolan, who earned a third-round TKO victory over Renato Moicano, while welterweight Jacobe Smith defeated Randy Brown by decision in the co-main event to advance his UFC record to 5-0.

Hiergesell highlighted multiple bloody doctor stoppages, including Rodrigo Sezinando over Theodor Berggren and Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani over Farman Hasanov. The writer also criticized referee Dan Miragliotta, arguing that a controversial decision to stand up Moicano from Nolan's back in round two significantly altered the main event's outcome.
