Chicago Bulls rookie forward Caleb Wilson has been ranked third in the NBA.com Kia NBA Rookie Ladder after the opening week of the 2026-27 season. Wilson sits behind No. 1 Cameron Boozer and No. 2 Yaxel Lendeborg in the early rankings, emerging as a major bright spot for Chicago despite the team's 1-5 start under first-year head coach Tiago Splitter.
Through his first six games, Wilson is averaging 21.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game while shooting 41.7 percent from the field. Notably, he posted 30 points, 14 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one block during a loss to the Washington Wizards, making him one of only three rookies to score at least 30 points in a game this season.
