Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady ruled out defensive tackle Ed Oliver and wide receiver Joshua Palmer for Monday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Wide receiver DJ Moore practiced in a noncontact jersey on Saturday and is officially designated as questionable with an aggravated shoulder injury.

With Palmer sidelined, rookie Skyler Bell is set to make his NFL debut alongside Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, and Greg Dortch. In the defensive backfield, cornerback Christian Benford is expected to return from a toe injury, while nickel cornerback Dee Alford is questionable due to an ankle injury.
