The Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers’ rivalry runs deep. Their matchups are always fiery and emotionally charged, with no team giving an inch. Last Sunday’s meeting was one-sided, but it still featured several heated and controversial moments.
Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson was questioned on Wednesday regarding a heated sideline incident that occurred during the team's 31-7 loss to the Green Bay Packers. The altercation involved Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden appearing to intentionally knock over a member of the Bears coaching staff, which prompted Chicago kicker Cairo Santos to retaliate by trying to trip him.
The Bears struggled throughout the defeat, with quarterbacks Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum combining for three interceptions while Caleb Williams recovered from a hamstring injury. The loss dropped Chicago to a 3-2 record, placing them in a three-way tie with Green Bay and Detroit in the NFC North.
