The Green Bay Packers are facing time without center Sean Rhyan and linebacker Zaire Franklin following injuries. Rhyan exited Sunday's loss against Detroit with a suspected high ankle sprain and is expected to miss at least four weeks, making injured reserve a possibility. Meanwhile, Franklin was sidelined in Week 7 after sustaining a hairline fracture in his leg during practice.
Green Bay has dealt with notable injury issues across both units this season. Right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele is already out for the year with a torn patellar tendon, while linebacker Edgerrin Cooper previously suffered a season-ending Achilles tear. The Packers have not yet placed Franklin on injured reserve, suggesting a quicker return remains possible.
