The Los Angeles Chargers have fallen toward the bottom of national NFL power rankings following an 0-6 start to the season. The team suffered its sixth consecutive loss against the Kansas City Chiefs, marking the franchise's first 0-6 start since the 2000 campaign. Major sports outlets, including ESPN, USA Today, Bleacher Report, and Yahoo Sports, dropped the Chargers to 31st, while The Athletic and Pro Football Talk placed them last at 32nd.
