The Miami Dolphins just worked out a five-time First-Team All-Pro. Despite an "excellent" workout, they didn't sign him.

Five-time All-Pro kicker Justin Tucker had an excellent workout with the Miami Dolphins, according to reporter Aaron Wilson, but the team opted not to sign him. Tucker converted 11 of 12 kicks during the session, drilling attempts from 68, 65, and 60 yards. Miami held workouts after releasing Riley Patterson following an extra point miss in Week 5.
Tucker has not played in the NFL since 2024, following a 10-game league suspension. Instead of signing Tucker, the Dolphins chose to sign 31-year-old kicker Zane Gonzalez, who previously worked with special teams coordinator Chris Tabor.
