The New York Giants' defense is left without any answers after losing linebacker Tremaine Edmunds for the year.

New York Giants starting linebacker Tremaine Edmunds is out for the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury, according to Dan Duggan of The Athletic. Edmunds had played every defensive snap this season under coordinator Dennard Wilson. His absence adds to a mounting list of season-ending injuries for New York, which also includes starting quarterback Jaxson Dart and top pass-rusher Brian Burns.
GMEN HQ argues that the loss leaves the Giants' defense without answers ahead of their upcoming game against the Houston Texans. With Edmunds sidelined, linebacker Micah McFadden is expected to step into a starting role alongside rookie Arvell Reese, with Zaire Barnes and Jack Kelly providing additional depth.
