The Pittsburgh Steelers’ 2025 season ended on a sour note, getting crushed by the Houston Texans in the playoffs. The Steelers lost 30-6, and the Texans’ mascot celebrated by ripping the Terrible Towel in half. However, that was a mistake.…

Houston Texans mascot Toro posted a video attempting to repair a Terrible Towel after previously ripping one following a 2025 playoff win over Pittsburgh. The mascot appeared to seek forgiveness from Steelers fans to reverse an alleged curse that coincided with Houston losing their next playoff game and starting the 2026 season 0-4.
Troy Montgomery notes that the Texans recently secured their first victory of the season with a 26-3 win over the Tennessee Titans. Houston is scheduled to face the Steelers again in Week 13 as they attempt to recover from their poor start.
