The 49ers can improve to 6-0 and extend their NFC West lead after the Rams and Seahawks lost in Week 6. Here's what's at stake against Washington.

The San Francisco 49ers can extend their NFC West lead and improve to 6-0 with a victory against the Washington Commanders on Monday night at Levi's Stadium. The opportunity follows Week 6 defeats for division rivals, as the Seattle Seahawks lost to the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Rams fell to the Arizona Cardinals.
Both Seattle and Los Angeles have dropped two consecutive games, leaving the defending champion Seahawks at 3-3 and the Rams at 2-4. San Francisco is currently one of only three undefeated teams in the NFL, sharing a 5-0 record with the Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings.
