The 49ers' Christian McCaffrey looks forward to facing brother Luke for the first time as San Francisco prepares to host the Commanders in Week 6.
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey is preparing to face his younger brother, Washington Commanders wide receiver Luke McCaffrey, for the first time on Monday night at Levi's Stadium. The matchup represents a personal milestone for the brothers, who are separated by five years and have never played together or against each other in a game.
San Francisco enters Week 6 undefeated at 5-0 following an emotional divisional victory against the Seattle Seahawks. Meanwhile, Washington holds a 1-3-1 record after an overtime tie against the New York Giants, with Luke McCaffrey having played all 29 of his season snaps exclusively on special teams.
