San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa believes he's getting close to returning to the field. The star pass rusher will miss Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, marking his third consecutive missed game.
San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa expects to return from a calf injury as early as Week 6 or Week 7. Bosa will miss Sunday's matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, marking his third consecutive absence. Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that Bosa is improving weekly, targeting a return before the team's upcoming bye week.
Bosa suffered the calf injury during warmups on September 24 after playing in the first two games of the season. Meanwhile, the 49ers will activate second-year defensive lineman Mykel Williams from the physically unable to perform list ahead of Sunday's game against Seattle.
