The San Francisco 49ers released their latest injury updates headed into their contest against the Seattle Seahawks.

The San Francisco 49ers have ruled out fullback Kyle Juszczyk, defensive linemen Nick Bosa and James Thompson Jr., and safety Marques Sigle for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed the designations on Friday following the team's final practice of the week at Lumen Field.
Defensive lineman Mykel Williams and cornerback Upton Stout are listed as questionable ahead of the game. Williams logged a full practice on Friday after recovering from an ACL injury and is expected to be activated, while wide receiver Mike Evans cleared game designations despite battling a rib injury.
