A CBS Sports 2027 NFL mock draft by Josh Edwards projects the San Francisco 49ers to select Alabama wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams with the No. 32 overall pick. Edwards cited injury concerns and age among San Francisco's current wide receiver group as key reasons for targeting the position in the first round.
Coleman-Williams has recorded 23 receptions for 415 yards and four touchdowns through six games in 2026. The 49ers enter their Week 6 game against the Washington Commanders dealing with several injuries across their receiving corps, including Ricky Pearsall and Deebo Samuel.
