Details on the Seahawks’ injury situation heading into their Week 8 game vs. the Bears.

The Seattle Seahawks released their first injury report on Thursday ahead of their Week 8 matchup against the Chicago Bears. Four Seahawks players sat out practice due to injuries: offensive tackle Charles Cross, wide receiver Rashid Shaheed, running back Velus Jones Jr., and linebacker Uchenna Nwosu. Wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba also missed the session for rest. Cross, Shaheed, and Jones had all exited the previous weekend's victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Ten Seattle players had limited participation, including defensive tackle Leonard Williams with an Achilles issue and running back Jadarian Price, who returned from injured reserve. Chicago did not hold practice, but their estimated report listed running back Kyle Monangai as a non-participant because of thumb and toe injuries, while linebacker D'Marco Jackson and cornerback Malik Muhammad were estimated as limited.
