The Tennessee Titans will keep Cam Ward as their starting quarterback despite falling to an 0-5 record and scoring a league-low 58 points. Following a 26-3 home defeat against the Houston Texans, head coach Robert Saleh stated the team will continue supporting and working with the second-year quarterback.
Ward threw for 170 yards and one interception on 23-of-36 passing during Sunday's loss as Tennessee managed only 187 total offensive yards. Selected first overall in the 2025 draft, Ward holds a 3-19 record across 22 career starts heading into next Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
