Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels will practice this week and travel with the team to London for their Week 4 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Head coach Dan Quinn confirmed the news following Washington's Week 3 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Daniels was initially ruled out after suffering another elbow dislocation, but his participation in practice keeps open the possibility of a faster return than originally anticipated.
No surgery is currently scheduled for Daniels during the season, though a procedure remains likely following the 2026 campaign. Backup quarterback Marcus Mariota started against Seattle, throwing three touchdown passes and 183 yards to secure Washington's first win of the season.
