The Anaheim Ducks have made some roster moves to start the week. Ryan Poehling, Roger McQueen, and Travis Mitchell have been shuffled around within the organization.
The Anaheim Ducks announced several roster changes following injuries to forwards Ryan Poehling and Cutter Gauthier. Poehling was placed on injured reserve and is expected to miss six to eight weeks after suffering a sprained MCL against the Calgary Flames. Meanwhile, Gauthier is listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury after exiting Saturday's game early.
To address the absences, the Ducks recalled forward Roger McQueen from the AHL's San Diego Gulls to likely step into Poehling's lineup spot. Additionally, Anaheim reassigned defenseman Travis Mitchell to San Diego, clearing the way for Drew Helleson to slot into the defensive pairings.
