The Anaheim Ducks already boast one of the most impressive collections of young talent the NHL has to offer, and another one of their highly touted young players may be set to make his NHL debut Tuesday night.
The Anaheim Ducks are calling up forward Roger McQueen from their AHL affiliate, the San Diego Gulls. According to Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman, the promotion sets the stage for McQueen to potentially make his NHL debut on Tuesday night against the Calgary Flames.
McQueen, selected No. 10 overall in the 2025 NHL Draft, recorded three goals in four AHL games to begin the season. The Saskatoon native recorded 27 points in 36 games for the NCAA's Providence Friars last season before turning professional.
