High-volume shooting has yet to yield goals for Dallas’ top playmakers, leaving fans wondering when the breakout performance will finally ignite the team’s star-studded offensive core.

Dallas Stars forwards Wyatt Johnston and Tyler Seguin are still seeking their first goals of the season despite jointly leading the team with nine shots on goal. Dallas recently earned a 5-0 victory over the San Jose Sharks, but neither player scored.
Johnston has recorded one assist while averaging over 20 minutes of ice time per game. Seguin remains without a point, carries a minus-two rating, and is averaging just under 15 minutes of ice time per night.
