After taking a three-year break, the NHL Heritage Classic returns with the Canadiens and Jets meeting outdoors.

The Winnipeg Jets and Montreal Canadiens have unveiled their new sweaters for the upcoming NHL Heritage Classic, scheduled for October 25 at Princess Auto Stadium in Manitoba, Canada. The outdoor game marks the return of the Canadian-exclusive series following a three-year hiatus. Both franchises collaborated with the league and official outfitter Fanatics to create the specialized designs.
Winnipeg's white throwback jerseys reference the franchise's original era from the 1980s and 1990s, featuring felt crests and numbers. Montreal's sweaters utilize their classic color scheme with a redrawn logo, adding subtle tributes including the words "Les Habitants" inside the collar and a Quebec fleur-de-lis on the loop label.
