The Los Angeles Kings held a high-intensity practice on Thursday at the Toyota Sports Performance Center following an optional recovery day. With the team preparing to face the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday, Associate Coach Phil Housley addressed the media regarding the team's defensive structure, physical workload, and long-term stamina. Forwards Quinton Byfield and Mats Zuccarello were notably absent from the skate.
